Return/Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund new, unworn, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date per the policies below.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Delivery in Johannesburg, East Rand, Pretoria, Klerksdorp, Bloemfontein, Newcastle, Pietermaritzburg, Durban, Port Shepstone, Richards Bay, Witbank, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Rustenburg are made by our couriers within 24 hours.
2-Day Delivery for East London, Port Elizabeth, George, Cape Town.
4.5 Days for Plettenberg Bay, Knysna, Mossel Bay, Kuruman, Uppington, Kimberley.

TRACKING ORDERS

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

COURIER OPERATION HOURS

- Couriers are available from 08:00 to 11:30 and from 14:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
- Fastway Couriers do not operate on weekends or public holidays.

SATURDAY & SUNDAY DELIVERIES

Unfortunately, we do not deliver on a Saturday & Sunday.

DELIVERIES

Delivery to remote areas can take an extra 7-10 days.
